How do I join a cohort?

Pick a cohort date on the course page and complete checkout. A confirmation email will include your calendar invite.

Can I reschedule sessions?

Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session from your dashboard.

What is your refund policy?

Self-paced courses: 7-day satisfaction guarantee if not fully consumed. Cohorts: see specific terms.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Early-bird, student, and team discounts are available when applicable.

Certificates

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. You receive a completion certificate for eligible courses.

Is the certificate shareable to LinkedIn?

Yes. Your certificate includes a unique ID and is optimized for social sharing.

Technical

What devices are supported?

Any modern browser on desktop or mobile. For live sessions, headphones are recommended.

Do I need special software?

No installations are required. A stable internet connection is enough.

Account & Data

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. You’ll receive a one-time code.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Request deletion in Settings. We permanently remove your personal data unless retention is required by law.

Do you offer corporate workshops?

Yes. Sessions can be tailored to your team’s time management needs and tools.

Where can I find recordings?

Recordings are available in your dashboard for eligible plans for at least 90 days.
